This Privacy Policy describes how Wade AI Inc. (“Wade,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and the Wade application (together, the “Service”).

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and login credentials. If you sign in through a third-party sign-in provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your email address.

Content you provide. We collect the content you upload or create in the Service, such as screen and camera recordings, video files, images, product and app details, written prompts, and links you submit. If you submit a link to a public social media post, we retrieve that public content to provide the feature you requested.

Contact and demo requests. If you contact us or submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and general device and browser information. Our analytics may include recordings of your activity within the app interface; typed input is masked in these recordings by default.

• with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and the AI infrastructure that processes your content to power Wade’s features — in each case only as needed to provide the Service;

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Some raw uploads, such as source recordings, are automatically deleted a short time after processing. We may retain certain information longer where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that scope your data to your account. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update your account information within the Service, and delete individual content you have created. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including full account deletion, contact us at contact@wade.so. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests as required.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Wade is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or a notice in the Service. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
